Since 1988, our specialty remains capturing your witness using the highest video and audio standards. You will have a professional, courteous videographer who arrives at the deposition site one hour before the scheduled start time. We provide superior audio recording via individual lavalier microphones worn by each participant and monitored through headphones by the videographer at all times. This service includes HD recording, including an onsite backup and then conversion to the format of your choice. This gives you reassurance that every deposition is archived and readily available for later copies. We also setup a neutral-colored backdrop to eliminate distracting backgrounds.

Our state-of-the-art editing system can cut through the fluff and deliver the case’s details to the jury quicker. For 30 years our philosophy remains the same. We use the best equipment to record the highest quality video and audio. We set the stage for the proceeding by evaluating sunlight exposure, outside noise, court reporter’s position and placement of wires and cords. We monitor the proceedings wearing high quality headphones and stay focused on a state-of-the-art color monitor. We interrupt the proceedings when outside noise disturbance competes with participants. We keep the witness centered in the picture with a minimum of clutter that might include water, coffee cups, notebooks and stacks of paper to confirm that visual exhibits are in focus with no glare.
