in the courtroom
Trail Presentation
In the courtroom, we project your evidence onto a screen with unobstructed views for the judge and jury. Audio is played through a professional amplifier with two speakers to assure every word is heard clearly, even in the noisiest courtrooms. A document camera and extra monitors are available upon request.
enhancing the visual experience
Text Synchronization
Side by side, the written word and the video image create a powerful tool to present to the jury, aiding in their comprehension of the testimony, especially when the witness has an accent. In addition, text synchronization works as an excellent tool for witness impeachment. Playing back both the written and audio words leaves little doubt what was said.
share their story
Day-in-the-Life Videos
Daily tasks taken for granted become grueling for those who are impaired. Let Legal Media follow your client for a day to record the hardships they endure, changes made to accommodate their injuries and triumphs made toward recovery. Let the jury experience the struggle.
emotional impact
Settlement Brochures
Settlement brochures go by many names including mediation documentaries, demand videos, mediation videos and legal video settlement documentaries. Ante up the emotional aspect of your case with a settlement brochure. Usually offered during mediation, a settlement brochure is meant for attorneys, not a jury, and designed to show opposing counsel the full impact of your case.
getting the facts
Product Inspection
Consumer goods make all our lives easier. But when one doesn’t perform as it should, serious injuries occur and questions need to be asked. Recording an expert dissect a product that’s responsible for injury cuts to the chase, delivering a powerful view to the jury of what went wrong.
